CCASAP believes in creating and supporting a community where all people are valued and welcome in an environment that encourages them to be drug-free and healthy. We believe that drug abuse is a preventable behavior and drug addiction is a treatable illness. We partner with schools, law enforcement, businesses, social agencies, organizations and other community members in recognizing and addressing problems.
